Shipping costs vary and are calculated based on your address, the weight of the shipment and the shipping method. We ship with UPS, FedEx, DHL and other carriers all by International Service with tracking information provided by the carrier upon hand off on the way to you.
Once your package leaves our production facility, any delays, postponement or other issues are beyond our immediate control. The fastest way to receive further information on your shipment is to contact the shipping company directly and provide your tracking number. If you would like us to assist with this matter, we are happy to call the shipping company on your behalf.
ALL ORDERS ARE SHIPPED SIGNATURE REQUIRED for your protection. If you prefer to take the risk of having your order delivered without a signature, you must notify us before the shipment leaves our factory. However, such a request is not guaranteed to be granted by the shipping company. Customers selecting no signature required waive the right to a replacement of product if lost or stolen.
If you have encountered a lost package, damage or other shipping related issues, you should contact the shipping provider to file a claim. We will provide assistance as needed in the process but without an official claim, we are limited in how we can help.
Orders shipped outside the United States of America to regions that that do not have a local dealer are subject to duty and tariff charges imposed by any respective governments. FX America Inc. is not responsible for the payment of these charges.
